Grimley Therapy
Birmingham Psychotherapist.

Welcome
You may know a lot about yourself already, yet still feel stuck in the same old cycles. Therapy with me is a space to understand those patterns, your relationships, and the different parts of you, with honesty and compassion.
This is depth work, not quick techniques. We go at a pace that feels safe.
My Approach
My approach is relational and in-depth. I’m grounded in person-centred therapy and draw strongly on psychodynamic and relational thinking, paying attention to how early relationships shape present patterns.
I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a compassionate, parts-based way of working that helps you understand and heal protectors, critics and younger hurting parts. I mainly offer longer-term depth therapy aimed at real, lasting change.

About Me
I am an accredited Psychotherapist with the BACP. I am also Level 1 certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I graduated with Distinction for my MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University. Prior to this, I received a BSc in Psychology from the Buckingham University and a Diploma in Counselling from the South African College of Applied Psychology.
